Sustainability Consultant for the workplace for the Toyota Financial Services West coast branch, it was imperative for the project to provide enhanced indoor air quality, especially with regards to the safety and wellbeing of occupants in the post-pandemic era. The project also achieved a Pilot Credit for biophilic design to support human health, well-being and overall productivity which contributed to the Gold Certification under LEED v4 ID+C.
